The Founder

Jodi Perelmuter
Practitioner. Mother. Optimist.

I've always been curious about what shapes us, our experiences, relationships, habits, beliefs, and the choices we make.

Being a systems thinker by nature, I see patterns, appreciate complexity, and enjoy helping people connect the dots in their own lives. My experience living with Hashimoto's and autoimmune disease deepened my appreciation for the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and the environments we live in.

I believe we all have strengths to build on, values worth living by, and the capacity to grow. My approach is collaborative, practical, and growth oriented.

As a mother of four and an eternal optimist, I know life is full of challenges, change, and possibility. I created Mind Health as a space to explore those experiences, strengthen relationships, and build lives with greater connection, purpose, and awe.

"Treasure life. Treasure yourself."— Jodi Perelmuter
